CDNBS08-T36 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed to protect four signal lines from surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. The device features a working peak voltage of 36.0 V with a minimum breakdown voltage of 40.0 V at 1 mA, and provides maximum clamping voltage of 51.0 V at 1 A.
