CDNBS16-T24C is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed for surge and ESD protection of 8 signal lines. The device features a working peak voltage (VWM) of 24 V with a minimum breakdown voltage (VBR) of 26.7 V at 1 mA, providing robust protection against transient overvoltage events. It is housed in a 16-lead Narrow Body SOIC package with lead-free 100% Sn plating, operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) standards.
