CDSOT236-0504LC is a TVS/Steering diode array designed to provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for high-speed data ports, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. The device features a low capacitance of 0.55 pF typical, a working peak reverse voltage of 5 V, and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6 V. It offers ESD protection up to 19 kV (air) and 12 kV (contact) on I/O pins, with protection for 4 I/O lines and 1 VDD line. The SOT23-6L packaged device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant.
