This lead-free, RoHS-compliant device features a working peak reverse voltage of 5.0 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0 V at 1 mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 9.8 V at 1 A, with peak pulse power handling of 350 W at 8/20 µs pulse duration.
