PWR263S-35-1001F is a 35 W power resistor in TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package manufactured by Bourns using thick film technology on alumina ceramic substrate. The device features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), electrical isolation of the resistor from the backplate, and a thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in high-power applications.
