The RJ50FP101 is a 1/4" round single-turn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial sealed applications and listed on the QPL per MIL-PRF-22097 and High-Rel MIL-PRF-39035. It features a resistance range of 10 ohms to 1 megohm with ±10% standard tolerance, infinite resolution, and an adjustment angle of 240° nominal. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and provides 0.5 watt power rating at 85°C (300 volts maximum). Its sealed construction with Fluorinert seal test at 85°C, combined with high insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms at 500 VDC and dielectric strength of 600 VAC at sea level, ensures reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.
