The SA72SB0 is a miniature surface-mount thermal cutoff (TCO) breaker designed for overtemperature and overcurrent protection in lithium polymer and prismatic cells. This S-Type device features a trip temperature of 72 °C ± 5°C and a minimum reset temperature of 40 °C. It is rated for a contact endurance of 6000 cycles at DC 9V/25A, has a maximum resistance of 7 milliohms, and a maximum leakage current of 200 mA at 25 °C. The SA72SB0 is ideal for battery cell protection in applications such as notebook PCs, tablet PCs, and smart phones.
