SMBJ18A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in compact surface-mount applications. This device features a working peak reverse voltage of 18 V, with a breakdown voltage range of 20.0 to 22.1 V, and is housed in the DO-214AA (SMB) package for easy integration into modern electronics.
