SMBJ90A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. This device features a working peak reverse voltage of 95 V, a breakdown voltage range of 111–111 V, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 10 µA at rated voltage. The SMBJ90A offers fast response times of less than 1.0 picosecond and is housed in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
