SMCJ43A is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts at 1 ms pulse width and a working peak reverse voltage of 43 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is housed in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) package.
