SMLJ22A is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000 watts at 1 ms pulse width and a standoff voltage of 22 volts. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and offers a peak forward surge current of 300 A.
