This capacitor features a 20 pF capacitance value with a 2000 Vdc rated voltage, meeting EIA RS153B dimensional specifications. The unit is constructed with an epoxy case material and copper clad steel terminals with nickel undercoat and 100% tin finish, providing excellent reliability and corrosion resistance. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and exhibits a minimum dV/dt pulse capability of 100,000 V/µs. These mica capacitors are widely used in precision timing circuits, RF applications, and high-voltage environments where stable capacitance and low loss are essential.
