DAT70515 is a high insulation resistance, high voltage reed relay from the D-HR series designed for applications requiring very high isolation voltages. It features 5kV isolation across contacts, rhodium contact material for low contact resistance, and a minimum insulation resistance of 1×10^14 Ohms. The relay offers a maximum switching power of 50W, switching voltage up to 1000V DC or AC peak, and switching current up to 3A DC or AC peak with a carry current of 4A. Operating temperature range spans -20°C to +70°C, with capacitance across contacts less than 0.2pF.
