DAT71205SU is a UL-approved high voltage reed relay from the DA(UL) series, designed for applications requiring very high isolation voltages. This normally open relay features 5kV isolation across contacts, a 5V DC coil with 28O resistance, and rhodium contacts providing low contact resistance of 50 mO maximum (15 mO typical). The relay offers a maximum switching power of 50W, switching voltage up to 1000V DC or AC peak, and switching current up to 3A with a carry current of 4A. It includes PCB mount with stud fixing and 1/4" spade HV connections, operating over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. Common applications include cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, and high voltage power supplies where high reliability and excellent isolation are required.
