DBT72405U is a UL-approved normally closed high voltage reed relay from the DB(UL) series, designed for applications requiring very high isolation voltages. This relay features tungsten contacts with 5kV isolation across contacts (DC or AC peak), a 24VDC coil with 925O resistance, and can switch up to 3500V DC/AC peak with a maximum switching power of 50W. The relay offers a maximum switching current of 2A, carry current of 3A, and contact resistance of 250mO maximum (100mO typical). With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and 17kV contact-to-coil isolation, this relay is suitable for high reliability applications such as cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, and high voltage power supplies.
