FT2000AD is a fast efficient rectifier diode designed for medium-frequency rectification and power applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRrm) of 200 V, maximum average forward rectified current (IFAV) of 20 A at Tc = 100°C, and a forward voltage drop of less than 0.84 V at 5 A. The device exhibits a reverse recovery time of less than 200 ns and a low reverse leakage current of less than 5 µA at 25°C, enabling efficient switching performance. The FT2000AD is housed in a TO-220AC package with a thermal resistance of 1.5 K/W and is suitable for free-wheeling diodes in power tools and DC motors, polarity protection circuits, and solar bypass diodes.
