The 1590WA is a water-tight diecast aluminum enclosure designed for general-purpose electronic instrument applications. It features rugged diecast aluminum alloy construction with lap joint design that provides protection against dust and splashing water while improving EMI/RFI shielding. The enclosure measures 93 mm in length, 38.5 mm in width, and 41 mm in height, and is designed to meet IP65 rating when properly assembled with the included gasket and lid screws torqued to 25-30 cN·m. The vibra-finished natural aluminum surface provides a smooth finish with no sharp edges, and the enclosure includes factory-tapped holes with pre-installed screws. This water-tight design makes it ideal for outdoor installations, industrial control systems, and applications requiring protection from moisture and environmental contaminants.
