The PC100 is a Dust Cap with a stainless steel hinge spring and assembly screws. It comes with a neoprene gasket. The cap assembly provides watertight sealing to a disconnected male pin and sleeve plug or inlet. It is manufactured out of the same tough non-metallic material as the watertight pin and sleeve devices for corrosion and abuse resistance.
