The SSI-LXR3612GD is a T-3mm (T-1) green LED panel indicator designed for visual signaling and status indication in electronic equipment and control panels. It features a peak wavelength of 565 nm with a green diffused epoxy lens, forward voltage of 2.2–2.6 V at 20 mA, and axial intensity of 14–30 mcd at 10 mA with a 60° viewing angle. The device is rated for a maximum steady current of 25 mA and peak forward current of 150 mA (pulse, t < 10 µs), with a maximum power dissipation of 105 mW and derating of -1.6 mW/°C above 25 °C. It operates reliably across -40 °C to +85 °C and is suitable for panel-mount applications requiring compact, bright green indication with excellent visibility and long operational life.
