The EESPW421 is a compact, through-beam photomicrosensor that includes a slim, pre-wired amplifier. It operates on a supply voltage of 12 to 24 VDC and provides a Light-ON NPN open-collector output capable of driving a 100 mA load. The sensor utilizes a GaAs infrared LED light source to achieve a 300 mm sensing distance for opaque objects as small as 2 mm in diameter. It features a fast response time of 1 ms maximum and includes light indicators on both the sensor head and amplifier for operational monitoring. With an IP64 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, this sensor is well-suited for various industrial automation and object detection applications.
