The AQY414EH is an AC/DC dual-use PhotoMOS relay featuring a Form B output configuration with reinforced insulation rated at 5,000 V AC. It is designed to control loads up to 400 V peak AC/DC with a continuous load current of 120 mA and peak load current of 0.3 A (100 ms, 1 shot). The device incorporates a built-in MOSFET processed using Panasonic's proprietary DSD (Double-diffused and Selective Doping) method, delivering low on-resistance of 18 O typical and extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage for precise analog signal control.
