ARS1412 is a miniature RF relay designed for high-frequency switching applications up to 3GHz with 50O impedance and 12V DC coil voltage. The relay features a single-side stable configuration with 1 Form C contact, delivering a maximum contact input power of 10W at 3GHz with impedance of 50O and V.S.W.R. maximum of 1.4. Key technical characteristics include contact resistance of 100mO (initial), gold-plated contacts, and a compact PC board terminal design measuring 14.0 × 8.6 × 7.2mm. The relay exhibits excellent high-frequency performance with V.S.W.R. of maximum 1.20 at 900MHz and 1.40 at 3GHz, insertion loss of minimum 60dB at 900MHz and 35dB at 3GHz, and isolation of minimum 60dB at 900MHz and 35dB at 3GHz.
