492100-BLACK-100 is an expandable sleeving designed for cable bundling and wire protection applications. Constructed from braided polyethylene terephthalate (PET), this sleeving features a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.156 inches and expands to a maximum inner diameter of 0.438 inches, with a nominal wall thickness of 0.024 inches (±0.005 inches). The sleeving operates over a temperature range of -75°C to 125°C and offers excellent tensile strength of 85,000 psi minimum. It is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and meets UL, CSA, and military MIL-1-631 specifications, making it suitable for demanding industrial, military, and commercial wire management applications.
