CC2D33 is a fully-calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, designed for precise environmental monitoring applications. It features a capacitive polymer RH sensor with 14-bit resolution (0.01%RH), ±3% RH accuracy over the entire humidity range, and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy. The sensor operates with a 3.3V supply voltage (min 2.3V to max 5.5V), consumes 750 µA typical supply current, and supports I²C interface with alarm function for preset humidity control. Housed in a compact LCC SMD package (5.5 × 4.0 mm), it operates over -40 to 125°C temperature range and 0 to 100% RH (non-condensing). Common applications include HVAC control, medical instruments, weather stations, and automotive cabin climate control systems.
