The 71600-220LF is a Quickie® shrouded low-profile IDC header connector designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector supports a continuous current rating of 3A, maintains contact resistance of 15mO maximum, and provides dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V RMS minimum, with pin retention to housing of 20N minimum. Operating across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C and rated for 100 mating cycles with duplex plating, this connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications where cost-effective, durable flat cable termination is required.
