The HLW8S-2C7LF is a 1.00mm pitch non-ZIF FFC-FPC connector designed for flexible flat cable and flexible printed circuit connections with top contact configuration. It features a height of 3.9mm for right-angle orientation and 5.9mm for straight orientation, supporting 4 to 32 contact positions with through-hole (DIP) board termination. The connector delivers a contact resistance of 30mO maximum, insulation resistance of 500MO minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V A.C. at 1mA for 1 minute, with a voltage rating of 100V A.C./D.C. and current rating of 1.0A A.C./D.C. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C with lead-free tin plating and halogen-free housing, this connector is widely used in automotive dashboards, LCD/OLED displays, gaming systems, medical devices including patient monitors and MRI equipment, and industrial control systems such as PLCs and HMI interfaces.
