AT60-16-0144 is a stamped and formed Size 16 pin contact designed for reliable wire termination in Amphenol industrial connectors. This contact accommodates wire sizes of 14–18 AWG (2.0–0.75 mm²) with an insulation diameter range of 1.90–3.55 mm (0.075–0.140 in), and is rated for a maximum current of 13 A. The contact features gold plating for enhanced corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, with a crimp height of 1.40 mm and crimp width of 2.39 mm to ensure secure and consistent wire termination. The recommended strip length is 3.81–5.08 mm (0.150–0.200 in), and the contact is supplied in strip-fed form for use with hand tools or automatic crimping machines. These contacts are widely used in heavy-duty industrial applications requiring precision wire processing and high reliability in connector assemblies.
