The NDI04H is a 4-position SPST standard DIP switch designed for machine-insertable applications with high reliability and self-cleaning contacts. It features dual in-line .100" x .300" terminal spacing and is constructed with UL94V-O glass fiber filled PBT base and cover, gold over nickel plated copper alloy contacts, and gold plated brass terminals. The switch is rated for 2000 electrical cycles minimum at 24 VDC and 25 mA, with a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum initially and 100 milliohms maximum after life testing. Operating specifications include a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C, an operating force of 1000 grams maximum, and dielectric strength of 500 VAC for 1 minute.
