The 601B is a handheld battery capacity analyzer designed to test and maintain sealed lead acid (SLA) batteries used in backup power systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and security systems. It supports testing of both 6V and 12V storage type lead acid batteries and measures remaining battery capacity in seconds by characterizing the battery's response to a load resistance. The 601B features internal resistance measurement, loaded voltage display, and an Ah range of 5 to 100 Ah in 1 Ah steps with no load voltage accuracy of ±0.2% + 1 count.
