The 2036-35-SM-RPLF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for robust performance in harsh environments. This 3-electrode surface mount device features a DC sparkover voltage of 350 V (±25% @ 100 V/s) and impulse sparkover capabilities of 600 V at 100 V/µs and 750 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable surge protection across a wide range of transient conditions. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with stable performance, low capacitance (<2 pF at 1 MHz), and a compact 5 mm diameter package, making it ideal for outdoor communications equipment and systems exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
