The 3314J-2-504E is a 4 mm square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications with industrial-sealed construction and single-turn cermet element. This device features a 500 kO resistance value (code 504), cross-slot adjustment mechanism, and J-hook pin configuration compatible with vacuum pick-and-place manufacturing processes. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a power rating of 0.25 watts at 70°C, infinite resolution, and ±20% standard resistance tolerance. The trimmer exhibits excellent environmental performance including 100 megoohms minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC, 210° nominal adjustment angle, and meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standards with AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualification. Applications include precision circuit tuning, calibration, and compensation in industrial electronics, telecommunications, and automotive systems where reliable, sealed surface-mount adjustment is required.
