CDDFN2-T5.0LC is a bidirectional surface mount TVS diode designed to provide ESD and EFT protection for external ports of electronic devices. It features a low capacitance of 0.5 pF typical, a working peak voltage of 5.0 V, and a breakdown voltage of 7.0 V minimum at 1 mA. The device offers ESD protection up to 8 kV contact discharge and 15 kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, with a clamping voltage of 25 V typical at 6 kV contact mode. Housed in a compact DFN-2 package measuring 1.0 mm x 0.60 mm that fits a 0402 footprint, it is ideal for protecting cellular phones, handheld electronics, computers, communication systems, and portable instrumentation.
