The CDSOT23-T12C is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode array designed to protect one or two signal lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage surges. This device features a working peak voltage of 12.0 V, a breakdown voltage of 13.3 V at 1 mA, and provides ESD protection up to 30 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The compact SOT-23 package offers a peak pulse power rating of 500 W at 8/20 µs pulse duration with a maximum clamping voltage of 25.9 V at 21 A, and typical capacitance of 90 pF in bidirectional configuration. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, the device is RoHS compliant and ideal for protecting RS-232, RS-422, and RS-423 data lines in portable electronics, wireless bus systems, and control and monitoring applications.
