CG0603MLC-24LE is an ESD protector from the ChipGuard MLC Series designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage. The device is rated for a typical continuous operating voltage of 24V and provides IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge capability. It features exceptionally low capacitance of 0.5 pF maximum and leakage current of 5 nA maximum at maximum VDC, with a typical trigger voltage of 250V and response time of 1 ns, making it nearly transparent during normal operation. The device is housed in a 0603 package with dimensions of 1.60 ± 0.20 mm length and 0.80 ± 0.20 mm width, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
