PTVS1-380C-TH is a high current bidirectional TVS diode designed for high power DC bus clamping applications. The device features 10 kA surge capability per 8/20 µs IEC 61000-4-5 waveform, low clamping voltage under surge conditions, and excellent performance over temperature. It operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device is RoHS compliant and provides bidirectional port protection for high power DC bus protection applications.
