PWR220T-20-2002J is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 20 W resistor features a resistance value of 20 kO with ±5% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and electrical isolation from the backplate. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a thermal resistance of 6.5°C/W and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifier circuits where reliable current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge functions are required.
