PWR220T-20-7R50F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 20 W power resistor features a resistance value of 7.5 O with ±1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and electrical isolation of the resistor from the backplate. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a thermal resistance of 6.5°C/W and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C.
