SMBJ7.0A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 7.5 V and a minimum peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width, with steady-state power dissipation of 5.0 watts at 75°C. It offers fast response times of less than 1.0 picosecond and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
