153364 is a Brady B-434A thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm) excluding liner, comprising 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layers. The label stock demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), textured ABS (69 oz/in), and polypropylene (111 oz/in). It offers robust performance with long-term service temperature capability down to -94°F (-70°C) and short-term high temperature resistance up to 374°F (190°C), along with excellent humidity, UV light, weatherability, and salt fog resistance. The material is UL Recognized and CSA Accepted when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, and withstands numerous solvents while maintaining excellent image quality.
