30287 is a thermal transfer printable gloss metallized polyester label stock designed for rating plate and general purpose labeling on textured surfaces. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.102 mm), comprising a 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch adhesive layer. The label demonstrates excellent adhesion to stainless steel (113 oz/in after 24-hour dwell), polypropylene (111 oz/in), and textured ABS (69 oz/in). It offers long-term service temperature capability from -94°F (-70°C) to 266°F (130°C) and short-term exposure up to 374°F (190°C). The material is UL Recognized and CSA Accepted when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, and provides excellent resistance to chemicals, humidity, UV light, salt fog, and abrasion.
