THT-18-402-5.2 is a thermal transfer printable white paper label stock designed for general purpose labeling applications. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive with a total label stock thickness of 0.0035 inch (0.089 mm) and release liner thickness of 0.0025 inch (0.063 mm). The label offers excellent adhesion to various surfaces including stainless steel, polypropylene, and corrugated cardboard, with a tack value of 32 oz (920 grams) and tensile strength of 32 lbs/inch (560 N/100 mm). It provides reliable performance across a wide temperature range with short-term service up to 140°C (284°F) and long-term service at 60°C (140°F), as well as low temperature resistance down to -70°C (-94°F). This RoHS compliant label material is ideal for cost-effective labeling solutions and is compatible with Brady Series R6100 ribbons.
