CCKP01-ZA-3 is a VITA 1.6 conduction cooled keying coding key designed for IEEE 1101.10 applications in military and ruggedized systems that require keying without front panel assemblies. The bracket is constructed from Aluminum Alloy 6061-T6 with a gold or clear chem film finish (Mil-C Class 1A Type 1 or Mil-DTL-5541 Class 3 Type II), while the coding key pins are made from austenitic stainless steel with no finish applied. This ZA configuration keying system complies with the ANSI VITA 1.6 standard and provides one of six available configurations per bracket set, enabling up to 36 configurations in a 6U conduction cooled application. The product includes complimentary mounting hardware and is ideal for conduction cooled modules used in military applications where reliable keying and thermal management are essential.
