The VCH-02 is a sealed rocker switch from Carling Technologies' V-Series, designed for demanding marine, transportation, and industrial environments requiring robust sealing protection. It features IP66/68 sealing for above-panel components, dual seal protection to exclude water, dust, and debris, and has passed rigorous environmental testing including MIL Std 202F, MIL Std 510.1, UL 1500, ISO 8846, IEC 60529, and BS 5490. The switch supports 1–2 poles, 0.4–20 amps, 125–250 VAC, and 12–24 VDC ratings, with contact ratings up to 20 amps at 14 VDC and 1/2 HP at 125–250 VAC. It offers interchangeable actuators (Contura II through XII styles), optional illumination (incandescent, neon, or LED), and multiple termination options including quick-connect tabs, solder lugs, and wire leads. The switch operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C, withstands vibration per MIL-Std 202F Method 204D, and provides up to 100,000 cycles of life.
