BC849C is an SMD general-purpose NPN transistor designed for signal processing, switching, and amplification in commercial-grade applications. It features a maximum collector current of 100 mA, a collector-emitter voltage rating of 30 V, and a power dissipation of 250 mW, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
