P4SMAJ7.0C is an SMD transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for overvoltage and ESD protection in commercial and industrial applications. This bidirectional device features a stand-off voltage (VWM) of 7.0 V and a breakdown voltage (VBR) of 8.7 V, with a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 W at a 10/1000 µs waveform. The diode exhibits very fast response time and operates across a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, with a typical thermal resistance of 70 K/W from junction to ambient. The SMA package (DO-214AC equivalent) provides compact surface-mount integration with a maximum forward voltage of 3.5 V at 25 A.
