S3J is a standard recovery SMD rectifier diode manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose rectification applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600 V and a DC blocking voltage of 480 V, with a maximum average forward rectified current of 3 A at 100°C. The diode exhibits a forward voltage of 1.0 to 1.15 V at 3 A, a reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns, and a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C. The S3J is housed in an SMC (DO-214AB) package and is suitable for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection in commercial and industrial applications.
