The ST1824F is an RF termination, also known as an RF load, designed to absorb incident energy with minimal reflection in RF and microwave systems. It operates over a wide frequency range from DC to 18 GHz, handles up to 1 Watt of continuous wave (CW) power, and offers a maximum VSWR of 1.3:1. This 50 Ohm load features a passivated stainless steel body with an SMA female connector and can handle a peak power of 500 Watts for a 5µs pulse with a 1% duty cycle. Common applications include terminating unused ports on couplers and switches, as well as use in test and measurement, wireless communications, SatCom, and radar systems.
