The 84S-BC2-016-N is a sealed 4x4 keypad from Grayhill's Series 84S, designed for reliable user input in harsh environments. It features waterproof silicone rubber construction with audible and tactile contacts, low contact resistance, and a rated lifespan of 3,000,000 operations per button. The keypad utilizes a single pole/common bus circuitry configuration with in-line terminal pins, and is constructed with an FR-4 glass cloth epoxy PC board, stainless steel contact domes with selective gold plating, and ABS Cyclac buttons (grade FR15U).
