BD07 is a 7-position standard profile DIP switch featuring SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) switching function designed for address switching in industrial controls, logic switching in computers and peripherals, and general function control applications. The switch offers a contact rating of 100 mA maximum at 50 V DC for carry current and 100 mA maximum at 5 V DC (or 25 mA at 25 V DC) for switching, with contact resistance below 50 milliohms typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA load. It provides mechanical and electrical life of 10,000 make-and-break cycles at full load per circuit, operates reliably from -40°C to 85°C, and features an extended actuator for easy actuation with open bottom construction allowing solder washing without tape seal. The BD07 is RoHS compliant, constructed with glass-filled polyester case and flame-retardant nylon actuator, and is ideal for applications requiring reliable switching in harsh industrial environments.
