The display supports a peak forward current of 150 mA (pulse, t < 10 µs) and a steady-state current of 30 mA per chip, with a maximum power dissipation of 105 mW per chip and a derating factor of -1.6 mW/°C above 25°C. Operating and storage temperatures range from -40°C to +85°C, with a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C (3 seconds maximum at 2.0 mm from the body).
